  25. Statistics:  This button will calculate the total number of each of the four nucleotides incorporated into the redundant positions of the mutants. This is useful information because a different mixture of oligonucleotides can be made if the ratios of T,C,G,A are not equal. The first number shown in the message box is the number of cards analysed, the second to the fifth number shown in the message is the number of T,C,G,A respectively.

  27. Help button: This will bring you to the first Help card of stack 2.
  28. Sort by number: This will sort the clones by their numbers. Remember to put                      
  29.                        001 or 0001 instead of just 1 because the sort function will only
  30.                        sort by the first digit of the number and then sort the second           
  31.                        digit.
  32. Sort by sequence: This will sort the clones according to their sequence.
  33. N.B. If you changed the hilite of a button accidentally and want to put the hilite back on, choose option M and then type in "Set hilite of button x to true" where x is the number of that particular button.(buttone number is in objects menu)
